How We Work

Live infrastructure.
No excuses.

The difference between a painting contractor and a critical-environment coating crew is protocol. Here's exactly how we execute in a live data hall.

Negative-Pressure Poly Barrier System

Every hall is isolated before a single grinder spins. We deploy full-ceiling poly sheeting secured to raised-floor stringers and cable tray edges, creating a negative-pressure zone drawn by HEPA air handlers positioned at the hall perimeter. Particulate generated during surface prep cannot migrate to adjacent spaces or infiltrate open rack bays.

Air pressure differential is maintained at –0.02 to –0.05 in. w.c. and logged continuously. Containment is inspected at shift start and after every break. Poly is disposed as controlled waste — not cut and left on the floor.
